HCG Diet, What Is It?

The HCG Diet Plan is a relatively new diet fad on the market but the existence of the hcg diet plan dates back to the 1950's. This diet consists of using a hormone named HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) in combination of a low calorie diet. There are many skeptics suggesting that this diet is a bit unsafe but for the thousands of individuals who have used the HCG have seen results. With more and more Americans battling with being overweight, and health related illnesses. The internet is flooded with diets that only produce empty promises and steal your money.
