Portions and exercise diet - This is the diet that allows you to eat all of your favorite foods whenever you want to. The trick here is to make sure that you are eating foods in smaller portions. So if you love steak, you will probably be better off eating a fourth of that steak instead of the whole thing in one sitting. This is the same for any of the desserts that you enjoy eating as well. Now, this portion diet is not one that will be good for your health if you do not exercise as well. Light exercises like walking or biking can help you get rid of the fat that is already deposited in your body. The portions diet is meant for you to stop the intake of fat that can add to the already existing diet. This is one of the diets that work that you should know about.
