That's because most diets don't work with the average Joe's psychology. The diet has the proper mechanics of achieving weight loss, but since it doesn't work on the psychological side of things, no one can follow it properly for long enough. This leads to a lot of failures and this frustrates most people. You're less likely to try again if you've failed at it your first time. The first thing to note is that you have to eat better and do it more consistently. That's a pretty obvious point about the whole process. The problem with regular diets is that they're too rigid. You need to have cheat meals or a day off. It's just something you need psychologically. You're less likely to go on a cheating binge, if you know you have a cheat meal waiting for you. When you get this opportunity, you feel better and you're more likely to follow the plan.

Also, changing the style of how you eat is an important part of my fast weight loss diet. If you start eating smaller meals more often, you'll artificially speed up your metabolism. This is the most important part of the process for your body to target fat.
